Megan Job - NY Posse '19 & Destini Armstrong

Creators of the Podcast BLCKGRLMGC, Megan and Destini are both alumnae of Middlebury college and now reside in NYC. Megan was a member of NY Posse '19. Their podcast chronicled their experiences as Black women at a predominately white institution (PWI) seeking to empower and uplift other POC students in similar situations. Megan and Destini speak about their journeys' to Middlebury, college during COVID, and their inspirations behind their podcast.
